Victor Encarnacion possesses extensive experience in the manufacturing and improvement sectors, currently serving as Warehouse Manager/Buyer at North Electric since May 2022. In addition, Victor has been a Window Service Technician with Great Day Improvements, LLC since July 2020. Prior to these roles, Victor accumulated significant expertise as a Casement Window Builder at Joyce Manufacturing from April 2013 to July 2020, and previously at Stanek Windows by Great Day Improvements LLC from January 2000 to March 2013.
