Salil Raghavan

Salil Raghavan possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR at The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd since May 2005. Prior to this role, Salil held the position of Head HR for Maharashtra, Kerala, and Goa at BPL Mobile Cellular Ltd (now Vodafone) from September 2000 to May 2005 and served as Senior Manager-HR at TVS Motor Company Limited for a brief period in 2000. Earlier career milestones include HR Manager at Marico Limited from June 1995 to December 1999 and Assistant Manager-HR at BILT from June 1992 to June 1995. Salil began the professional journey at BILT, contributing to projects in both Ballarpur and Bangalore. Academic credentials include a degree in B.Tech in Industrial Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum (1984-1989) and a Master’s degree from XLRI Jamshedpur (1990-1992).
