Jessa Spainhower

Jessa Spainhower has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessa began their career in 2007 as a Research Analyst at Colliers International, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they joined CoStar Group, Inc as a Research Associate II and remained there until 2012. Jessa then founded their own company, A STELLAR CO, in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Great Ecology, where they have held various leadership roles since 2013, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations. Prior to their current role, they worked as an Operations Associate at Great Ecology from 2013 to 2014.

From 2002 to 2005, Jessa Spainhower attended Northwest Missouri State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
