Damien Bradley

Damien Bradley, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Real Estate Finance at Great Elm Group, Inc. since February 2024. Prior to this role, Damien held the position of Senior Vice President of Real Estate Finance at Procaccianti Companies from May 2022 to February 2024. Experience includes significant tenures at Blue Moon Capital Partners LP, where Damien advanced from Controller to Managing Director of Accounting & Finance and Chief Compliance Officer between May 2015 and May 2022. Additionally, Damien worked as Assistant Controller and Senior Portfolio Accountant at TA Associates Realty from December 2008 to April 2015, and as a Property Accountant at Peabody Properties, Inc. from August 2005 to December 2008. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Accounting from Elms College and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
