Nils Kuenz is currently the Co-Owner of Cravings Market Restaurant Inc., a parent company that includes Cravings Market Restaurant, a 120 seat market style restaurant. Prior to this role, Nils held various positions such as Director of Operations/HR Manager at GreatEvents Group, Technical Sales Rep at Dawn Foods Canada, and Baker Pastry Chef at Rustic Sourdough Bakery. Nils also served as a Baker/Production Manager at Classic Bake Shoppe. Nils received education from the American Institute of Baking in 2002 and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1996-1997.
