Josh Zheng

Josh Zheng is an experienced leader in developer relations, currently serving as the Head of Developer Relations at Great Expectations since November 2022, after a tenure as Developer Relations Lead at Shopify. Prior experience includes significant roles at IBM, where Zheng was Program Director for both Open Source Data & AI and IBM Watson Developer Advocacy, managing teams and developing strategies to enhance the adoption of AI and open-source technologies. Zheng's career also includes a strong software engineering background in the intelligence community, as well as roles in hardware engineering and research at notable medical technology companies. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and an M.S. in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Yale University.
