Eliezer Perez

Eliezer Perez is an experienced leader in product and software development, currently serving as the Director of Product and Software Development at Great Gray Trust Company since February 2024. Previously, Eliezer held the position of Director of Software Engineering at VAS from February 2022 to April 2024 and worked as an Agile Development Manager at EIS, where guidance was provided to multiple Agile teams while adhering to SAFe principles from February 2019 to February 2022. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Business System Analyst at Delta Dental Insurance from August 2013 to February 2019, where Eliezer managed high-impact projects and led cross-functional teams through various project lifecycles. Eliezer holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Sanford-Brown Institute.
