Craig Mode

Craig Mode currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Great Gulf since February 2025. Previously, Craig acted as Executive Vice President of Investments at Fitzrovia from January 2024 to February 2025, overseeing investment strategy and deal operations for Canada’s largest rental housing developer. In early 2023, Craig took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at BioSteel, after which a focus as a consultant to the senior leadership team was initiated, emphasizing back-end business operations. Other notable positions include Co-CEO and CFO at Enablence Technologies, Partner and Executive Vice President at BioSteel, and Managing Director at Tricon Capital Group. Craig's career began with roles in acquisitions analysis at Credit Suisse and as an analyst at Haywood Securities Inc. An alumnus of Ivey Business School at Western University, Craig holds a degree in Finance, earned between 2001 and 2005.
