Jennifer Kelman Chrl

Jennifer Kelman CHRL has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Senior Director of Human Resources at Great Gulf. Jennifer started this role in January 2023 and is currently still employed at the company. Prior to this, they worked at The Miller Group where they held the position of Manager of Human Resources from September 2016 to August 2022. Jennifer also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from November 2011 to September 2016. Before joining The Miller Group, Jennifer worked at KPMG, initially as a Learning Management Systems Administrator from February 2006 to September 2009, and later as a Mobility Case Coordinator from September 2009 to July 2011. Overall, Jennifer has demonstrated their expertise in driving HR functional excellence, employee advocacy and engagement, talent acquisition and retention, and workplace investigations and accommodations. Jennifer has also successfully developed and led teams of HR professionals.
