Joel Conquer

Joel Conquer has a diverse range of work experience in the field of market research and real estate. Joel is currently working at Great Gulf as the Director of Market Research, a role they started in September 2022 after serving as the Market Research Manager from March 2020 to September 2022. Prior to Great Gulf, Joel worked at Urbanation Inc. as a Senior Consultant from September 2016 to February 2020, and as a Research Analyst from January 2015 to September 2016. Before that, they were a Residential Market Consultant at Altus Group from February 2014 to December 2014. Joel also founded MetropolisIQ, where they worked as a Founder and Urban Market Research Specialist from March 2012 to February 2014. Their earlier experience includes working at TD Bank as an Account Manager - Real Estate from October 2008 to March 2012, and as a Financial Advisor from October 2006 to October 2008. Joel's career began as an Account Manager at BOOM! Marketing, where they worked from 2004 to 2006.

Joel Conquer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Guelph between 1999 and 2002. Joel then pursued a Post Diploma Certificate in Sports Administration at Durham College from 2002 to 2003.
