Stephanie Barber

Stephanie Barber has a strong background in human resources with experience in various roles. Stephanie is currently the Executive Director of Human Resources at Great Gulf since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at Great Gulf from October 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Great Gulf, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager from March 2020 to November 2021 and as a Human Resources Manager from January 2019 to March 2020, both at Great Gulf as well. Stephanie also gained experience as a Human Resources Specialist at FORREC Ltd. from April 2018 to January 2019. Stephanie started their career at GoodLife Fitness as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from February 2017 to March 2018. Stephanie also worked at Starbucks, where they held positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from March 2015 to February 2017 and as a Human Resources Specialist from March 2013 to March 2015.

Stephanie Barber attended Ryerson University from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, they studied Journalism at York University from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, Stephanie obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University.
