Kisha Headley, MSc, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of training and human resource management spanning over fourteen years. Kisha started their career at the Tax Administration in Jamaica as a Training Administrator and Evaluator. Kisha then moved on to work at The National Housing Trust, where they focused on Training and Organization Development. During this time, they obtained a Masters in Training and Performance Management from the University of Leicester and acquired training certification in the balanced scorecard performance management methodology. After their tenure at The National Housing Trust, Kisha joined the Minnesota Department of Human Services as a Training and Development Specialist and later as an E-learning Developer. Most recently, they have been working as an Instructional Designer & Developer at Great HealthWorks. In addition, Kisha also served as a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University College of the Caribbean.

Kisha Headley, MSc, PHR has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Training & Performance Management from the University of Leicester, which was obtained from 2003 to 2006. Apart from their formal education, they have also acquired several additional certifications throughout their career. These include "Elearning Essentials: Storyboarding" from LinkedIn, obtained in July 2020, "Creating a Culture of Learning" from LinkedIn, obtained in April 2020, "Distance Education Methods and Skills" from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados; the details regarding when this certification was obtained are not available. Furthermore, Kisha Headley has obtained a certification in their own name from HRCI in July 2021, and is also certified in "Balanced Scorecard" from Palladium Corp, Boston; however, the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
