Vanessa founded Millennial Brands Consulting, Inc., a CPG Consulting Firm focusing on Concept to Commercialization. Vanessa has held various executive positions at companies such as Celsius Holdings, Inc., LaCroix Sparkling Water Inc., and Target, where Vanessa worked as a Regional Beverage/Food Buyer. Vanessa graduated from Florida State University with a BA in English with Business Emphasis and later earned an EMBA in International Business from Mercer University.
