David Diaz

David Diaz is the Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor at Great Jones. David has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on construction and operations. Prior to Great Jones, David was the Director of Construction at FirstKey Homes, where they oversaw operations across multiple markets and states. David has also served as the Regional Director at Waypoint Homes and as the Chief Operating Officer at Carney Properties and Investment Group.

David Diaz has an MBA in Finance - Entrepreneurship from Florida State University - College of Business and a BS in Finance - Real Estate from University of Central Florida.

They are on a team with John Rapisarda - VP, National Property Management, Todd O'Brien - CTO, and Pooja Radia - SVP, Operations & CX. David Diaz reports to Jay Goldklang, Co-Founder & CEO.
