Cathy Hennings has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Recruiter at Northwest Community Healthcare since October 2016. Additionally, Cathy holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Chicagoland Smile Group, a leading dental group in the Chicago area, since September 2016. Previous roles include Patina Professional at Patina Solutions, where Cathy contributed to problem-solving and talent development from January to August 2016, and Director of Talent Acquisition at the University of Chicago Medicine from February 2012 to January 2016, overseeing the recruitment function.
