Tony Engedal has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tony started their career at Johnson Brothers Liquor Co. in 1998, where they served as a General Manager. During their tenure, they revitalized the sales team, deepened relationships with suppliers and customers, and accelerated sales growth.
In 2001, Engedal joined Badger Liquor Co., Inc. as a General Sales Manager and later became Vice President of Sales. Tony played a key role in achieving unprecedented market share and managing relationships with over 30 key suppliers. Additionally, they acquired high-end suppliers and secured partnerships with major spirits producers.
From 2016 to 2020, Engedal served as the Executive Vice President of Sales at NOVO Health, a startup in the healthcare industry. Tony successfully increased employer partner contracts from 12 to over 300, driving cost savings and improving access to high-quality care.
In 2020, Engedal joined A to Z Machine Company as the General Manager/President. Tony was responsible for transitioning the company to an ESOP led by an executive leadership team. Tony'saccomplishments include building a cohesive team of executives and managers and setting the strategic plan for the company.
Currently, Engedal is the Director of Sales & Business Development at Great Lakes Veneer, where they utilize their expertise to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities.
Tony Engedal earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University, where they attended from 1988 to 1992.
