Kalpana Yendluri

Kalpana Yendluri is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in data management, analytics, and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Emerging Technology at Great Lakes Water Authority, Kalpana drives innovation and automation to enhance business transformation. Prior roles include Managing Director & Head of Data & Analytics Environments at BMO Financial Group, where Kalpana was pivotal in the largest data integration in Canadian banking history, and Senior Director of Data Management and Governance at Experian, focusing on workforce transformation and data monetization strategies. Additional experience includes significant leadership roles at Ally, Epsilon, and Equifax, with a strong technical background in infrastructure operations and enterprise integration. Kalpana holds a Master of Arts in Computer Science from Wayne State University and an Executive Education degree in Business Analytics from The Wharton School, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering from KL University.
