Najia Hammad has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Najia began their career as an Associate Organizational Development at Mobilink in 2005 and worked there until 2006. Najia then worked as a Human Resources Associate & Admin Assistant at OfficeTeam & Manpower from 2007 to 2010, where they handled various HR, training, and administrative tasks. After that, they joined Crown Packaging as a Customer Services Representative from 2010 to 2018, where they specialized in customer services, training, crisis management, and customer data analysis. Najia also worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Crown Packaging from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Najia is the Director of People & Culture at Great Little Box Company, a role they have held since May 2022. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at the same company from July 2019.

Najia Hammad has a diverse education history spanning several years.
