Karen Rollhauser

Karen Rollhauser is an experienced production manager with a diverse background in managing teams and overseeing projects in the K-12 educational publishing sector. Currently, as the Production Manager at Great Minds since July 2019, Karen has successfully expanded the production team from two to eight members while managing 20-50 projects simultaneously. Previously, as a Lead Production Coordinator, coordination with overseas vendors and internal teams was key to creating educational materials. Prior roles include Freelance Creative Project Manager at Quad, where Karen managed Snap-on catalog productions and a data verification project for McGraw Hill, as well as Production Supervisor and Production Artist at Schawk!, focusing on retail circular programs and production accuracy. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Grinnell College.
