Nicole Kramer

Nicole Kramer has a diverse work experience that includes roles in sales training, business development, account management, and teaching. Nicole is currently working as the Lead Sales Training & Development Specialist at Great Minds since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Solutions Manager and Account Solutions Manager at the same company. From September 2018 to January 2019, they worked as a Business Development Manager, and from May 2018 to September 2018, they worked as a Renewals Account Manager at Great Minds. Nicole also has teaching experience as a Junior High English Language Arts Teacher at Desert Heights Preparatory Academy from December 2010 to May 2018. Before that, they served as a Team Lead Brand Ambassador at Heineken USA from May 2009 to May 2011.

Nicole Kramer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Arizona State University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Furthermore, they have additional certifications in Middle Grades English Language Arts and Structured English Immersion from the Arizona Department of Education.
