Marina Stoian

Marina (Tita) Stoian has extensive work experience in human resources. Marina currently serves as the Head of People Business Partnering at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, where they have been working since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of People Business Partner at the same organization from November 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, Marina worked as an HR Manager at Wirex Limited from January 2018 to April 2020. Marina also served as an HR Manager at VivoPower from December 2016 to December 2017.

Marina gained HR experience as an HR Advisor at Connected Home, Centrica from February 2014 to December 2016. Marina also worked as an HR and Store Administrator at Patrick Mavros from November 2012 to January 2014. Additionally, they completed an internship as an Operations Assistant at Global Training Consultancy from June 2012 to September 2012.

Marina (Tita) Stoian's education history includes the following:

- In 2020, they completed an Introduction to Coaching course at CIPD.

- Also in 2020, they completed a Strategic Workforce Planning program at CIPD.

- From 2012 to 2013, they pursued an Advanced Level Diploma in HR at CIPD.

- In the same period, they also obtained an MA degree in Human Resources and Employment Management from London Metropolitan University.

- From 2008 to 2011, they earned a BA (Hons) degree in Sociology from the University of Craiova.

In addition, they obtained the Associate Member certification from CIPD in June 2013.
