Tamsin Giles McIpd

Tamsin Giles MCIPD has over 35 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources (HR). Tamsin currently holds the role of Head of People Business Partnering at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, Tamsin worked at Gatwick Airport, where they served as both Head of HR from May 2020 to July 2022, and as a Human Resources Business Partner from April 2016 to May 2020. Tamsin was also a Senior HR Business Partner at Collinson Group from June 2015 to April 2016, and Head of HR (Education) at Babcock International Group from April 2013 to February 2015. Tamsin's earlier experience includes the role of HR Business Partnership Manager at Unum from 1999 to 2012, HR Consultant at RSA from 1988 to 1998, and Manager at Quadrant Employment from 1987 to 1988.

Tamsin Giles MCIPD attended Central Sussex College from 1992 to 1994, where they studied CIPD. In 1999, they obtained Level A+B Psychometric Testing certification from the British Psychological Society.
