Wendy E Honeyghan has extensive work experience in the field of HR and Training. Wendy E'smost recent role was as Deputy Director - People, Culture & Transformation at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, where they were responsible for the delivery of people, culture, and transformation strategy. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Director of HR at Octavia Housing, where they were the HR leader for the organization. Wendy has also held positions at Genesis Housing Group, Hyde Housing Group, Kingston Council, Transport for London, Honey HR (as the Director), Department of Health, Birmingham City Council, and Hounslow Council, where they served in various HR-related roles, demonstrating their expertise in organizational development, HR policy, change management, and employee relations. Wendy holds an FCIPD certification and an MSc in HR and Training.

Lastly, from 2001 to 2003, they studied at the University of Leicester and achieved a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management & Training.
