Rachel Doellman

Rachel Doellman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and business development. Rachel currently serves as the Chief of Marketing & Brand Strategy at Great Parks of Hamilton County, where they refine and implements the brand strategy and marketing plan. Prior to this, Rachel worked at the Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired, starting as a Marketing Manager and eventually becoming the VP of Business Development & Strategy. Rachel also had a role at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, participating in the C-Change leadership development program. Rachel's earlier experience includes positions at E3 Local Marketing Solutions as a Marketing Specialist and AdventureKEEN as a Marketing & Publicity Manager, where they were responsible for promoting outdoor recreation titles and authors.

Rachel Doellman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2009. Rachel then went on to complete a Master of Arts degree in Ethical Leadership at Thomas More University from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Excellence in Leadership from Employers Resource Association.
