Michelle Graves

Michelle Graves is an experienced professional with a strong background in environmental conservation and education. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Great Peninsula Conservancy, Michelle oversees efforts to protect natural habitats in the West Puget Sound region. Previous roles include Director of the Global Design Challenge and Program Manager at Biomimicry Institute, focusing on sustainability and nature-inspired design education. Michelle has also held various positions at Lindblad Expeditions, where responsibilities included developing expedition itineraries and leading naturalist teams. With a Master's degree in Marine Biology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona, Michelle brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the field.
