Tiphaine Mayolle

Tiphaine MAYOLLE currently serves as the Be Family Leader and a board member at Be Family, where responsibilities include guiding organizations in achieving Be Family certification to enhance family policies and support for parental balance. Additionally, Tiphaine is involved with Great Place To Work® France as a member, focusing on developing corporate family policies and supporting parental initiatives. With extensive experience in entrepreneurship and parental support, including leadership at the IÉSEG School of Management Incubator, creation of the Family Friendly Company label, and founding Une Vie de Famille, a service platform for parental support, Tiphaine has consistently championed work-life balance and parental well-being. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in International Business and Corporate Strategy from IÉSEG School of Management and training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
