Merle van Den Heuvel

Merle van den Heuvel serves as a Culture and Leadership Consultant at Great Place To Work® Nederland since March 2024, specializing in organizational culture and trust-building. Previously, Merle held the role of Global Recruitment Lead at ING from July 2021 to February 2024, and served as Client Services Director at Randstad Enterprise, overseeing a partnership with ING and leading a team for corporate recruitment across multiple countries. Merle’s experience extends to being an HR Business Partner for twelve European countries and working with VSO as an HR volunteer. Additional roles include Trainer and Operational Manager at Randstad Nederland, Substitute Teacher, Student Researcher at TNO, Treasurer for Faculteitsvereniging EOS, and Destination Manager at Bizz travel. Merle holds a Master's degree in Policy, Communication and Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has pursued various professional development courses to enhance expertise in leadership and organizational growth.
