Claire Murphy has extensive experience in customer success and social enterprise, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Customer Success at Great Place to Work US since January 2016, following various roles in the same organization. Claire's prior positions include Special Projects at the Irish Immigration Pastoral Center and Local Consultant at PYXERA Global, where contributions were made towards employee engagement initiatives. As Co-Founder of LEAP, strategic direction and operational infrastructure were developed to support families of children with disabilities. Additional roles include Quality Assurance Manager at Youth Advocate Program Ireland and Programmes Coordinator at RehabCare. Claire holds an MSc in Management, Innovation in Social Enterprise from Dublin City University and several other certifications in project management and community development.
