Lizelle Festejo Hsu

Lizelle Festejo Hsu serves as the Senior Director of Events at Great Place To Work US, where responsibilities include leading the planning and execution of marketing events, such as the Annual Great Place to Work For ALL Summit. Previously, Lizelle held various roles within the organization, including Senior Program and Events Manager and Product Delivery Manager, overseeing strategies, logistics, and production for key industry reports. Before joining Great Place To Work, Lizelle worked at The Bread Project as Assistant Director/Program Manager and Job Readiness Instructor, contributing to the organization’s growth and streamlining its curriculum. Lizelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UC San Diego with emphasis in World Literature, Biology, and Health Care-Social Issues, and has furthered education at the University of California, Berkeley – Extension and San Francisco State University Extension.
