Kelly Watson

Kelly Watson is an experienced Policy Manager and Political Advisor in Local Government, currently serving at Great Places Housing Group since October 2020. Previously, Kelly held the position of Policy Manager at Hyndburn Borough Council from October 2006 to August 2019, overseeing policy management, overview and scrutiny, and personal assistants to the directorate, while also acting as the corporate lead for health with a focus on dementia. Before that, Kelly served as Principal Policy Officer, managing the Community Advice Centre, and as Policy and Research Officer, enhancing community engagement and evidence-based decision making.
