Roger Koelsch

Roger Koelsch, CFA, serves as the Director at SBI, The Growth Advisory since 2021, leading a new logo acquisition initiative for a prominent online video platform provider. Previously, Roger enhanced strategic planning at CSG, focusing on digital communication and revenue management, and contributed to sales strategies at Level 3 Communications. As a Senior Engagement Manager at Blue Ridge Partners, Roger executed commercial due diligence for private equity investments, while earlier roles at Logistics Capital & Strategy, DHL, Deutsche Post International, and Exponent encompassed various strategic and consulting positions. Roger holds an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and has educational backgrounds from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Arizona.
