Dr. Jason D. North

Dr. Jason D. North began their work experience in 2000 as a Staff Pharmacist at Appalachian Regional Healthcare Systems. Dr. Jason D. then moved on to Highlands Regional Medical Center, where they worked as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist from 2003 to 2007 and later became the Pharmacy Clinical Manager from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, Dr. North joined Saint Joseph - Martin as the Director of Pharmacy, where they implemented a 340B contract retail pharmacy pilot program and served as a community-based pharmacy faculty member and preceptor for the University of Appalachia. Dr. Jason D. then worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Kmart Pharmacist for a few months in 2012 before joining LifePoint Hospitals. At LifePoint Hospitals, they held various roles including Clinical Staff Pharmacist from 2013 to 2014, Assistant Director of Pharmacy from May 2014 to October 2014, and finally System Director of Pharmacy from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Dr. North is employed as the Pharmacy Director at Great Plains Health.

Dr. Jason D. North, PharmD, MBA has a diverse education history. Dr. Jason D. obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from Creighton University in the years 1996-2000. Prior to that, they completed pre-pharmacy coursework at Southern Utah University from 1994-1996. In 2011-2012, Dr. North pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at Cumberland College. In 2014, they enrolled in a Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) at Creighton University School of Law, focusing on the study of negotiation in professional and personal interactions. In terms of certifications, Dr. North holds a State Pharmacist Licensure from the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy, obtained in 2013. Dr. Jason D. is also licensed in multiple other states, including Wyoming, Kentucky, Utah, and Tennessee, although the specific years of obtaining these licenses are not provided.
