Mshrd Ashley Bower

Ashley Bower, MSHRD, has a comprehensive background in human resources and administrative support, currently serving as an Employee Relations Supervisor at Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc. since July 2019, and previously holding roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Ashley worked as an Administrative Assistant II for the City of Salina, Kansas, and as Assistant Director for the City of Eudora's Summer Camp and After School Programs. The career began as an Administrative Assistant at Family Life Assembly of God. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Pittsburg State University (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same institution (2010-2014).
