Jamie Galgowski

Jamie Galgowski, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an Employee Relations Supervisor at Allina Health since February 2019, after progressing through various roles including Senior Employee Relations Specialist and Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Business Partner role at Speedway/SuperAmerica, where responsibilities involved resolving employee relations issues and managing compliance audits. Jamie also held several HR positions at organizations such as Moquist Thorvilson Kaufmann LLC, Mall of America, and Midwest of Cannon Falls, gaining skills in recruitment, employee training, and HR administration. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
