Melissa Lindquist

Melissa Lindquist is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations, labor relations, and human resource management. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Supervisor at Allina Health since July 2015, Melissa provides management consultation on various HR issues, including performance management and union contract interpretation. Previously, as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Payroll Services at Benedictine Health System, responsibilities included overseeing multiple HR functions and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Earlier roles at Allina Health and Cambridge Metals and Plastics involved directing employee relations efforts, developing HR policies, and managing safety protocols for sizable workforces. Melissa holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resources Management from Metro State University.
