Animal Care

The Animal Care team at Great Plains SPCA is dedicated to ensuring the health, well-being, and enrichment of all animals in the shelter. This team is responsible for daily care tasks, such as feeding, cleaning, and monitoring the animals, as well as providing behavioral assessments and training. They also work closely with volunteers to socialize pets and prepare them for adoption, creating a nurturing environment that enhances the animals' chances of finding their forever homes.
