Andrew Jenkins MSc, MIWFM is an experienced property and facilities management professional currently serving as an Occupier Services Manager at GPE since May 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions at CBRE as a Senior Facilities Manager and at Savills as a Senior Property Manager. With a strong background in managing service charge budgets, contractor monitoring, waste management, and health and safety compliance, Andrew has successfully led various initiatives related to building management and tenant liaison. Andrew has further experience in consultancy roles, achieving ISO certifications for clients across diverse sectors, and co-founding the Judicalis Group. Andrew's academic credentials include a Master of Science and a Master of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice, as well as a Bar Vocational Course and a Bachelor of Laws.
