Jordan McLean

Jordan McLean has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jordan started their career at Vertex Data Science as a Performance Analyst, where they managed a team responsible for reporting and analyzing customer complaints. Jordan then moved on to United Utilities, where they held various roles, including Business Analyst and Data Architect. At United Utilities, they led initiatives to improve data management and application landscape. In 2013, Jordan joined Asda, the UK division of Walmart, as an Enterprise Architect, where they developed enterprise strategies and influenced global decisions. Jordan later became the Senior Director of Applications, Data, and Analytics, leading a large team and multiple software vendors. In 2020, they joined Morrisons as the Technology Director, responsible for managing technology teams, delivering business value, and overseeing the strategic end-to-end supply chain program. In 2023, Jordan took on the role of Managing Director at Xandr Consulting, where they provided business and board advisory services and supported technology organizations in achieving growth. Finally, in the same year, they became the Director of Digital Transformation, Innovation, and IT at GPE.

Jordan McLean attended Canon Slade Grammar School from 1991 to 1996. From 1996 to 1998, they attended Bolton College, but did not pursue a degree or field of study during this time.
