Senior Associate at Great Schools Partnership

Sarah Malinoski is a Senior Associate with the Great Schools Partnership. Before joining GSP, Sarah worked in public education as a district administrator of curriculum and technology, an instructional coach, reading interventionist, and both a general and special education teacher. Sarah has worked in urban, suburban, and rural schools and earned her National Board Certification in Early Adolescence English/Language Arts.

Sarah is most passionate about working with educators to create safe and equitable school conditions for all students. At various points throughout her career, Sarah has extended her commitment to supporting educators through her work as a national consultant on adolescent literacy, a teacher-consultant and co-director of the Connecticut Writing Project, and an adjunct professor at the University of Saint Joseph in Connecticut.

Most recently, Sarah has worked on supporting equity and access for all students through a district-wide implementation of mastery-based learning that is aligned with a district’s portrait of a graduate and assessment systems. Sarah earned her BA and MA in education and special education from Boston College and her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in educational leadership from the University of New England. In her free time, Sarah enjoys practicing yoga, walking her dogs, and traveling. She lives in Coventry, Connecticut, with her family.
