As the director of people operations, I support all staff to build community, engage fairly and equitably with each other, and coordinate systems that support the personal growth and well being of each staff member. My responsibilities vary from ensuring fair working conditions, to facilitating benefits programs, to coordinating training and implementation of our staff supervision model, and building staff capacity to best engage and collaborate.
