Robinson Copland (he/him/his)

Director of People Operations

Robinson Copland is the Director of People Operations with Great Schools Partnership. He has extensive experience in human resources with a variety of industries ranging from healthcare, non-profit, the tech industry as well as retail. He has served his community on boards and committees in a multitude of roles ranging from a board member to event planning. Most notably, he had served as a Board member and then Board Chair for Advocates for Children, formerly based out of Lewiston/Auburn, Maine, for several years.

Robinson's experience in a variety of sectors brings a varied approach to the educational space.

When he isn't working, you can find him with his partner outside, either hiking, kayaking, biking or playing tennis. He also enjoys dancing with his talented partner. He has two grown children who reside in Maine and Colorado.
