As a coaching director, I support professional growth and learning for GSP coaches, paying attention to overall organizational needs, direction, and intentions. I serve on the Director’s team, supervise between 6 and 10 senior and coaching associates, plan and facilitate internal coach development and learning, and coordinate ongoing development of the GSP coaching model. I also provide school coaching either individually, as part of a coaching team, or as on-site support for GSP coaches and may provide coordination assistance to various GSP projects.
