Mike Flanagan

Mike Flanagan is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate (CRE) sector, currently serving as Market Manager at Great Southern Bank since August 2018, focusing on income property finance. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Senior Vice President at Regions Financial Corporation, where over $550 million in loan commitments were originated, and at Regions Bank, where Mike significantly increased portfolio outstandings to $500 million while managing a diverse range of income property loans. Mike's career includes leadership roles at GMAC Commercial Mortgage and MassMutual Life Insurance, as well as management of substantial real estate portfolios at The Travelers Group. An alumnus of the University of South Florida Muma College of Business with a BA in Finance, Mike Flanagan has demonstrated expertise in loan origination, asset management, and relationship building throughout their professional journey.
