Melissa Cain

Melissa Cain is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in total rewards management, HR information systems, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at Great West Casualty Company since May 2005, Melissa oversees compensation programs, payroll, benefits plans, and wellness initiatives. Prior roles include Sr. HRIS Administrator, HR Generalist Sr. at Jacobson Companies, and Adjunct Faculty at Briar Cliff University, where Melissa taught HR courses. Melissa has also contributed to community service as a Board Trustee and Vice President for the Sioux City Public Library. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and a BA in Human Resources and Business Administration from Briar Cliff University.
