Vance S.

Vance S. has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Vance began their career as a Sales Consultant at Deluxe Corporation in 1989 before transitioning to the insurance industry. At Country Insurance, they worked as a Claims Representative and later as a Casualty Claims Representative, handling personal lines auto and homeowner claims. Vance then joined Countrywide Insurance Group as a Supervisor. Vance then moved on to Country/MSI Insurance, where they served as a Claims Supervisor for almost a decade. Vance then joined Country Insurance as a Claims Supervisor, responsible for hiring, training, and developing casualty and PIP claims staff. Vance later joined Progressive as a Senior Claims Manager and eventually as a Claims Manager for the MN Claims Unit, overseeing branch office handling casualty and medical claims. In 2010, Vance joined Travelers as a Technical Claims Specialist. Lastly, at Great West Casualty Company, Vance held the positions of Claims Manager and currently serves as the Vice President of Claims.
