Natasha Grandison

Natasha Grandison has extensive experience in client relations, business development, and customer experience, having served in various leadership roles at Greater Anglia since November 2017, including Head of Client Relations, Chief of Staff, Head of Business Development, and Head of Customer Experience. Prior to this, Natasha held the position of Operations Manager at Vodafone from January 2015 to June 2016. Natasha's career also includes significant experience at Thus from March 2006 to December 2014, where Natasha was Head of Customer Service, Manager of Customer Relationship Management, and Service Principal. Natasha began a career in the telecommunications sector as a Strategic Service Manager at Telstra International in 2005.
