Meredith Britcher, MBA, CPMSM has a diverse work experience spanning several healthcare organizations. Meredith is currently serving as the Director of Medical Staff Services at GBMC HealthCare, where they provide leadership and operational oversight for the medical-administrative and medico-legal aspects of the Medical Staff Organization. Prior to this role, they worked at ChristianaCare, first as an Administrative Operations Manager overseeing the Cecil County Medical Staff Office, and then as the Manager of Medical Staff Services, where they were responsible for managed care and delegated credentialing.

Before joining ChristianaCare, Britcher held positions at Auburn Community Hospital, including Director of Medical Staff Services, Manager of Medical Staff Services, Public Relations Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Administrative & Care Transitions Intern. In these roles, they managed credentialing processes, implemented electronic provider management platforms, organized and executed medical staff meetings and activities, and assisted with public relations and social media strategies.

Earlier in their career, Britcher worked as a Teacher at Lincoln Intermediate Unit #12. Meredith has a solid background in education and healthcare administration, with a proven track record of leadership and expertise in medical staff management and credentialing.

Meredith Britcher, MBA, CPMSM has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Applied Ethics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. Meredith then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Le Moyne College in 2018-2019 and West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2019 to 2021. In 2018, they also obtained a Certification (CPCS) from NAMSS. Recently, they completed their Doctor of Law (JD) from Widener University Schools of Law in 2021-2022 and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Baltimore School of Law, expected to be completed by 2025.
