Todd Kaplan

Todd Kaplan is a seasoned attorney specializing in consumer rights, currently serving as the Senior Attorney in the Consumer Rights Unit at Greater Boston Legal Services since August 2010, focusing on foreclosure prevention work. Kaplan also contributes as a Volunteer Mentor at Justice Bridge Legal Center and has held a Senior Attorney position at HomeCorp, where work involved post and pre-foreclosure efforts for tenants and homeowners from September 2012 to August 2016. Previously, Kaplan served on the interim board of the Community Action Agency of Somerville and volunteered with the Somerville Community Corp. and the Green Line Extension project. Kaplan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Northeastern University School of Law, attained between 1993 and 1996.
