Philippa Kelly

Philippa Kelly has extensive experience in strategic planning and major infrastructure project delivery, currently serving as the Strategic Sites and NSIP/Major Infrastructure Projects Delivery Manager at Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service since August 2019. Previous roles include Principal Planner and Senior Planner at Cambridge City Council, primarily focusing on new neighbourhoods, and Principal Planning Officer for major projects at West Suffolk Councils. Philippa holds an Extended Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, a Post Graduate Diploma in Town Planning from the University of the West of England, a Master of Science in Ecological and Environmental Sciences from Lancaster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from The University of Sheffield.
