Ruben Nakano

Ruben Nakano is a Senior Data Analyst at Greater Chicago Food Depository, responsible for developing an interactive dashboard for the volunteering team and providing cross-departmental data support. Previously, Ruben served as a Data Science Intern at Uber, where analysis of product cannibalization and collaboration with marketing teams on CRM campaigns were key contributions. Experience as a Graduate Researcher at Northwestern University's Center for Deep Learning involved implementing predictive models for real-time IoT data. Ruben also held positions at iFood, managing data analytics projects and improving operational efficiency, as well as at LOGIT, focusing on demand forecasting and market research. Ruben holds a Master of Science in Machine Learning and Data Science from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo, and additional engineering studies at the University of Bristol.
