Saleemah Green, M.Ed, has over two decades of experience in talent development and human resources. Currently serving as a Member/Volunteer Facilitator for the Greater Cincinnati Association for Talent Development since November 2021, Saleemah has held various leadership roles at UC Health from August 2012 to June 2022, including Manager of Organizational Development, Leadership, and Talent Development, as well as Consultant and Education Coordinator/Career Coach. Previous experience includes roles as a Temporary Staffing Assistant at Randstad and leadership positions with the National Human Resources Association and CHI. Saleemah began the professional journey in human resources with UC Health from 1999 to 2007, progressing through various roles in training and human resources. Academic credentials include a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of Cincinnati.
